You vehicle is an investment and we want to make it last. We provide recurring car detailing packages to ensure your care is protected from both time and the elements. Regular cleaning and added surface protection will extend the look of your car for years to come.
We know your Car, Truck, Van, or SUV deserves special treatment. For the safety of your vehicle, we only use manual tools, no automatic machines that can cause damage. We also provide guides on our methods if you'd like to do some work yourself.
We service the city of Shawnee and surrounding areas, which include: Midwest City, Spencer, Del City, Norman, Moore, Choctaw, Harrah, Newalla, McLoud, Dale, Tecumseh, Bethel Acres, Seminole, Prague, Meeker, Chandler, Maud, Asher, Macomb, We'll be happy to travel outside of these areas, however, additional fees may apply.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE:
A ROD'S Auto Detailing seeks to provide you with the very best car detailing experience, while
anticipating all of your auto care needs. We would like to thank you in advance for partnering
with us. For your convenience, and to provide clarification on our terms and conditions of
service, we've added the following information for your review.
● We will respect your time, personal property and will be courteous at all times. However,
we reserve the right to refuse service or refuse to continue service with anyone we deem
as unreasonable.
● Our mobile detailing service utilizes a 6'x12' enclosed trailer in order to provide top notch
service. Please arrange for us ample parking and close proximity to the vehicle being
serviced. We only have a 60ft cord and hose reach from our rig to your vehicle.
● We will also require: ample amount of space to work; permission to be on premises if
you are not the owner; a safe location with safe working conditions (If we arrive and the
above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reschedule your services for a later
time and date agreeable between both parties).
● We come prepared with water and electricity via a gas powered generator. This process
may require the generator to run for the duration of the car detailing session. We are not
opposed to utilizing the client's electricity and water source if offered to us. Thank you in
advance for your generosity.
● As part of our safety initiative, we ask that all customers remain at least 10 feet away
from our work area. This will prevent "slips", "trips" & "falls" from occurring within the
work allotted work space.
● If we are detailing your vehicle at your home, please be sure to have all of your vehicles
adjusted so we can work uninterrupted and without having to move or relocate our
detailing trailer during your service.
● We highly recommend the customer remove all personal belongings, to include currency,
from the vehicle prior to our service.
● We require a 24-hour notice upon cancellation of your booked/scheduled detailing
service (Failure to do so will result in a $50 rescheduling fee).
● We require that payment be made in full on the day of service. If the customer is not
present, payment in the form of cash or check may be left or we can email an invoice to
the email address noted on the customer (client's) account.
● We reserve the right to alter and/or reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment
failure, or any other unforeseen emergency type situation without penalty to our
business.
● It is important to us to ensure we arrive for appointment times as scheduled, However,
weather conditions, traffic, and/or other unforeseen circumstances may result in delays
in service. We will contact you on the day of service should there be any deviation in
schedule (Early/late).
● We reserve the right to charge based on vehicle, size, condition, location, and the level
of service desired by our valued customer(s).
● We reserve the right to amend pricing during the detail for instances including:
excessive pet hair, sand & hazardous materials (blood, urine, vomit, feces, etc.).
● Excessive Pet hair and sand are two of the most difficult materials to remove during the
vacuuming process. Generally, we are very successful removing all visible signs of
these materials, but there is no guarantee of complete removal.
● We strive to professionally remove all stains and foul odors from every vehicle we detail.
However, there will be cases when carpet, upholstery, and plastic panels are beyond
complete defect removal, as these stains have become permanent . In this instance, we
will communicate our findings with the client.
● The repeated application of steam and/or chemicals may result in the release of glue
that is used to hold the headliner intact. For this reason we will not aggressively clean
headliners and some staining may remain. With that said, we will always do our best to
remove all stains within these parameters.
● We are not responsible for damage resulting from heavily soiled and stained
components such as: interior knobs, buttons, levers, switches, etc. Such areas may be
covered with dirt, grime, and makeup that cleaning these areas may result in the loss of
factory or aftermarket markings.
● Exterior trim (textured or smooth) are at times beyond our ability to restore and need to
be replaced. We strive to rejuvenate all exterior plastics to a like-new condition.
● Waxes, sealants, and ceramic coatings must be properly maintained in order to provide
a maximum length of protection and durability. We will provide a car care guide to every
customer so the vehicle can be maintained in between our services.
● There are certain waxes that are sun friendly, meaning they can be applied in the sun.
However, all Sealants & Ceramic Coating must be applied in the shade; in the
customer's garage, shop, and in extreme cases under a shade tree. During cases where
this is not feasible, A ROD'S Auto Detailing has a secure location used to perform these
services. The customer will drop off their vehicle at this location for work to be
completed. Once work is finished we will contact the client for vehicle pick-up.
Depending on the type of work being conducted, we may need a customer vehicle for up
to 72 hours.
● Vehicles that receive a premium detailing service will be eligible for our maintenance
program and will be considered as a "Maintenance Client". This program is designed for
those who would like to continue maintaining their vehicle following the above-mentioned
services. Clients that have not received a maintenance wash and maintenance interior
cleaning for their vehicle by A ROD'S Auto Detailing within a 60 day period will no longer
be considered as a "Maintenance Client". Once a premium service is performed (As
noted above), the client's vehicle will then be eligible to rejoin the program.
● We are passionate about auto detailing and appreciate each valued customer we partner
with. Once our services are complete, we will ensure final results are satisfactory to the
customer. We'll gladly touch-up an area of the vehicle the client feels is unsatisfactory (of
course, within the realm of possibility).
By scheduling/booking an appointment with A ROD’S Auto Detailing, you fully agree and
accept the Terms and Conditions of Service. We do not claim responsibility for cases where
these terms were not read.
