Q: What products do you use during the car detailing process?
A: A ROD'S Detailing & Ceramic Coatings only uses the best car care products that are safe for your vehicle. For example, our car washing soaps are all PH neutral. Our Soap safely removes all dirt, debris, and road grime from your paint and is wax/sealant friendly, meaning, it won't strip away your wax or sealant! Product lines we use to detail your vehicle(s) include: Chemical Guys, Meguiar's, Mother's, Car Guys, Adams, Super Clean, 3D Products, Malco & many more.
Q: Are you a mobile detailer?
A: Yes, we offer mobile detailing to our maintenance clients who recieved our Luxury Package. We can schedule appointments monthly or every 6-weeks.
Q: How long does a car detail take?
A: We understand that your time is very valuable. With this in mind, it is important that we arrive for your appointment on-time and promptly begin the detail process. Each car detail varies and time is dependent on the following criteria: size & condition of the vehicle and level of service desired. An estimate of service times can be found in the service description.
Q: Do I need to remove trash and all of my personal belongings prior to the detail?
A: Although we highly recommended clutter and unnecessary items be removed prior to the detail, we understand this is not always feasible for our customers. Under these circumstances, we will discard things like: empty cups & bottles, fast food wrappers, etc. Important papers/documents and other items deemed valuable will be bagged separately and neatly placed in the vehicle following your service.
